How do I pay the homes for rent or sale
If you wanna do pay this homes just give us a call or send us an e-mail.
You will pay 30% on the first phase and when the house is finish you will pay the rest of 70%. It isn’t necessary to came here. We will send you all the document by email or mail. You will come only when you sign the homes contract, at the finish of the house.
But we recommend you to came earlier so you can speak with our architect and do with him the interior design of the house.
Also we other you the possibility to pay in rate the price in 12 month no extra costs.
